Our postpartum sitz soak is a must have for all new mothers! Sitz is a shortened German word for sit (which can be quite painful after vaginal birth). The healing properties of pink Himalayan and epsom salt are blended with premium lavender and chamomile essential oils to help relieve the aches and pains of the perineum.
How to use?
- In a clean tub, run a few inches of slightly warm (not hot) water. Just enough water to reach up to the hips when seated.
- While tub is filling, add in 1/4 cup of our special Ugh Postpartum Sitz Soak and mix until fully dissolved.
- Gently lower yourself into the tub and soak for 10 – 15min.
- Do this soak 4 times within 24hrs for maximum results.
